With over four decades of combined food service experience in Big Sur and the Monterey peninsula, we have been pleasing the palate and enhancing events with excellent food, superior service and breathtaking locations.
Our catering services include outstanding outdoor locations; some on ridgetops with magnificent homes, arrangements for rentals, florists, photographers, musicians, officiators, complete bar setup with no corkage fee if you opt to supply your own wine, beer, champagne or spirits. Congenial bartenders are always on available.

We live in Big Sur and our work reflects the earthiness and grandeur of this beautiful area where we live, graced with the professionalism needed to function with such clients as the luxurious Post Ranch Inn, Ventana Inn & Spa, and CNN, as well as to cater to small intimate functions. David Dildine received his training at the New England Culinary Institute, was chef at Sierra Mar restaurant at the Post Ranch Inn, and currently is owner of Big Sur Coast Foods and in 2003 opened a new restaurant in Big Sur; Redwood Grill.
