Our catering services include outstanding outdoor locations; some on ridgetops with magnificent homes, arrangements for rentals, florists, photographers, musicians, officiators, complete bar setup with no corkage fee if you opt to supply your own wine, beer, champagne or spirits. Congenial bartenders are always on available.

David Dildine received his training at the New England Culinary Institute, was chef at Sierra Mar restaurant at the Post Ranch Inn, and currently is owner of Big Sur Coast Foods and in 2003 opened a new restaurant in Big Sur; Redwood Grill.
